Rules update (v2)

Hi, everybody!

Just to let you know, that after playtesting the game, I decided to make some changes on the way the skills work. Instead of removing one die from the roll, skills add 1 to every dice of the roll, making it more pulpy and fun. I will be keeping the old one as v1.
